§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between BE BEAU VOIR (hereinafter referred to as "Hairdresser") and the customer for the provision of hairdressing services, beauty treatments, hair extensions, and the sale of products.
Deviating, conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.
By booking an appointment (by phone, online, on-site or via messenger service), the customer fully accepts these GTC.

§ 2 Appointments, Cancellation and Lateness
Binding nature:
Appointments at BE BEAU VOIR are binding reserved time slots that are exclusively held for the customer.
Lateness:
If the customer arrives more than 15 minutes late for the appointment, the hairdresser reserves the right to reduce the scope of the service (e.g., simple styling instead of elaborate styling) to avoid jeopardizing subsequent appointments. If the service can no longer be performed professionally due to the lateness, this is considered a "Missed Appointment" (see cancellation fees) and the hairdresser is entitled to compensation for the loss.
Cancellation conditions:
If the customer does not cancel an appointment in time, the hairdresser incurs idle time. Therefore, the following cancellation fees apply, which the customer accepts:

Collection: Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file, if technically possible, or invoiced to the customer. BE BEAU VOIR reserves the right to require a deposit for new customers or large services (e.g., extensions).
Proof: The customer is free to prove that the hairdresser has suffered no damage or significantly less damage.
§ 3 Prices, Payment and Retention of Title
The stated prices are gross prices including statutory VAT.
From prices:
Prices on the website or price list are minimum prices. Prices may increase depending on hair density, hair length, additional effort or additional product consumption. The customer will be informed of the expected costs before treatment begins, if requested.
Payment:
Invoice amounts are due immediately after the service is provided. Payments can be made in cash or with common cards (debit card, credit card).
Ordered goods:
If specific products are ordered for the customer (e.g., real hair extensions) that have been individually procured, the purchase price for these goods must be paid in full even if the appointment is cancelled, as returns are excluded.
§ 4 Specific Regulations for Extensions, Coloration & Blonde
Duty of cooperation & honesty:
The customer is obliged to truthfully inform the hairdresser before treatment about previous treatments (e.g., plant-based hair colors/henna, chemical straightening, use of silicone-containing products or drugstore colors) as well as about existing allergies or intolerances. If the customer conceals this information, the hairdresser assumes no liability for resulting hair damage or color accidents.
Durability of extensions:
A warranty on the durability and quality of installed hair extensions is only assumed if the customer uses the care products recommended by the salon and follows the care instructions. No liability is assumed for damage caused by improper care (e.g., washing over the head, wrong brushes, heat exposure, use of foreign products).
External work:
If the customer brings their own hair/extensions or products for installation, BE BEAU VOIR assumes no warranty whatsoever for the result, durability or quality of these materials.
Correction work:
For so-called "Color Corrections" (correction of external work or failed colorings), it is pointed out that the desired result often cannot be achieved in one session. A success guarantee for the exact color tone is excluded.
§ 5 Liability, Wardrobe and Valuables
BE BEAU VOIR is only liable for damage in case of intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, the hairdresser is only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability for injuries to life, body or health remains unaffected.
Wardrobe:
The hairdresser assumes no liability for wardrobe, bags, luggage and valuables that are deposited or hung in the salon. Storage is at the customer's own risk.
Clothing:
We recommend removing or protecting sensitive clothing before treatment. No liability is assumed for damage to the customer's clothing (e.g., from color splashes or bleaching), provided that the hairdresser has taken the usual precautions (cape) and there is no gross negligence.
§ 6 Video Surveillance
Notice:
The business premises of BE BEAU VOIR are video-monitored for the exercise of house rights, for the prevention and investigation of criminal offenses (e.g., theft, vandalism) and for the protection of employees and customers.
Scope:
Surveillance is carried out 24/7 and is marked by appropriate notices in the entrance area and in the premises.
Data storage:
Image data will be automatically deleted/overwritten after a period of 72 hours (or the legally permissible maximum duration), unless they are needed for evidence in specific incidents. Data is only passed on to third parties in the case of a criminal offense to the investigating authorities.
§ 7 Image Rights and Social Media
If the hairdresser takes photos or videos of the result of the service and the customer gives their consent (also orally or implicitly by posing), BE BEAU VOIR may use these recordings without temporal or spatial restrictions for its own internet presence and social media (Instagram, TikTok, website).
The customer can revoke this consent at any time for the future. After revocation, the recordings will be removed from the own platforms, insofar as this is technically possible and reasonable.

§ 8 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should a provision of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
