Training from the blonde specialists, for hairdressers who want to master balayage, babylights and bright blondes to a professional standard.
Since BE BEAU VOIR opened, blonde has been at the heart of our work: balayage, babylights, face framing, glossing and grey blending, every day on real clients. We pass this knowledge on in small trainings at our salon in Neumarkt, to hairdressers who take blonde as seriously as we do.
What we teach, we learned ourselves and refined over the years: in balayage training with Fabian Maier, in further courses and every day behind the chair. No textbook theory, just techniques that hold up in a busy salon.

What you will learn
- Balayage: freehand technique for soft, natural gradients. Placement, saturation and seamless transitions.
- Babylights: ultra-fine strands that look like naturally lightened children's hair. Sectioning, foil technique and timing.
- Face framing & money piece: light accents that frame the face and how they work with the cut.
- Lightening & bleaching: product choice, assessing hair condition and avoiding damage.
- Toning & glossing: neutralising yellow tones, mixing shades, shine and longevity.
- Grey blending: softly blending grey hair instead of covering it.
- Consultation & pricing: blonde consultation, realistic expectations, calculation and time planning for complex colour appointments.
Format
How a training works
Every training starts with a short theory part. Then we demonstrate the technique in a look & learn on our models, and after that you work yourself: under guidance, with our products and tools. You leave with more than notes, namely routines you can use in your salon the next day.
- Duration: 1 to 3 days, depending on topic and experience
- Group: small, so we can see and correct every move
- Practice: look & learn on a model, then your own work under guidance
- Location: our salon at Bahnhofstraße 19, 92318 Neumarkt i.d.OPf.
- Dates: on request, also as in-house training for your team
- Price: on request, depending on duration and number of participants
Your trainers
Experience from the salon floor
You will be trained by owner Anneli Recker and her team. Anneli is an HWK-certified, multi-award-winning master hairdresser, certified by Fabian Maier. Everything we teach, we do every day on our clients.
That is why we do not teach show techniques but what counts in the salon: clean sectioning, confident timing, honest consultation and results that still look good as they grow out.
Getting here
Right at Neumarkt station
Our salon is on Bahnhofstraße, a few steps from Neumarkt (Oberpf) station. Arrive relaxed by train, no car needed.
- From Nuremberg main station: about 20 minutes by regional express
- Long distance: ICE connections via Nuremberg from Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich, some IC trains stop directly in Neumarkt
- By car: own exit on the A3 between Nuremberg and Regensburg, parking at the station
- Nuremberg airport: about 45 minutes by underground and train
Accommodation: The Hotel Wittmann's is in the same building as our salon, and it serves the best steaks in town.
